From Leadership to Leader-shifts for the Youth

The 'From Leadership to Leader-shifts program for Youth' course is designed to empower young individuals in Zambia and beyond with the essential skills and knowledge necessary for effective leadership. Through engaging content and interactive activities, participants will learn about the foundations of leadership, including communication, decision-making, and teamwork. The course explores real-life challenges faced by Zambian youth and provides practical tools to navigate these situations. The interactions with our chief executive director on leader- shifts add a different dynmic to how leadership is viewed by introducing young people to the need to be able to follow as a concept through which leadership is learnt. By the end of the course, participants will have increased confidence in their leadership abilities and be equipped to make a positive impact in their communities.
